Leann Ermoian, Vice President of Development, has worked with Texas Energy Aggregation since 2012. She enables Texas Energy Aggregation to take full advantage of its knowledge of the rapidly changing energy landscape in Texas through developing training manuals, presentation materials, and other company resources and tools.
Prior to Texas Energy Aggregation, Leann’s taught both English and fitness and wellness classes at TCU, Weatherford College, Tarleton, and the University of Southern Maine, as well as worked as an athletic academic advisor. While at A&M she worked in an exercise physiology/biochemistry/motor learning lab and assisted the athletic department in starting one of the earliest academic mentoring programs in the United States. She worked in the space shuttle division at NASA. She also has years of experience ranging from managing restaurants and fitness centers to a leadership role at a mobile home factory (which actually came in handy while assisting TJ in the renovation of Texas Energy’s funky downtown office space!).
Leann holds a Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) from Tarleton State University (’89), Master’s degree from Texas A&M (’92), and is also a certified personal trainer.
Leann is a proud mother of two beautiful and very active young adult daughters. Leann loves to garden, fish or do anything outdoors, and she also loves to cook. In 2017, she was married to Texas Energy Aggregation President TJ Ermoian, and together they travel the state assisting government and school clients.
